Day 4 - 4 Hour Body - Meals

Shame on me, I skipped 'lunch' again.  Instead I snacked lightly during the afternoon and had a nice filling dinner.  Seriously, I would have eaten but I was.not.hungry!  


Afternoon Snacks:
2 Emerald Dry Roasted Almonds 100 calories packs
Unsweetened iced tea

For dinner I had:
2 Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean Burgers
2 Fried eggs
32 ounces of water with 2 packets of True Lemon Raspberry Lemonade 

Oh and I met up with some friends to walk for about an hour this evening.
