Day 4 - 4 Hour Body - Breakfast

I thought for sure since my day was off yesterday that I'd be starving for breakfast, but I wasn't.  What I ate though was filling, and while somewhat boring - delicious.

2 Morning Star Chicken Griller's Patties
2 eggs, fried
5 cups of coffee
5 servings of Land O' Lakes Fat Free Half & Half (2 tbsp. per serving)
