Day 3 - 4 Hour Body - Meals

Alright so, I was out and about yesterday - had a few things to take care of so my eating for the day wasn't very scheduled.

Actually, I hardly ate anything at all - which probably isn't how this diet is intended to go, but, what more can I say.


I skipped lunch.


But I had 2 - 100 calorie packs of almonds (one dry roasted, one dark chocolate) while I was running around.  I also had a 32 ounce water bottle of unsweetened tea with me.


I went on a 4 mile walk in the evening (drank a lot of water while out!) and upon returning ate the following:


Starkist Tuna Creations Packet - Lemon Pepper
1/2 can of Kidney Beans 

Celsius Green Tea Raspberry Acai drink 

Tomorrow will be better!
