Day 3 - 4 Hour Body - Breakfast

So.  I totally forgot to take a photo of my breakfast this morning.  I just started right in on it because I was hungry and it smelled so good and well, it's all gone now.  Most of it anyways.  

I had:

2 egg whites + 1 egg

Fresh Mushrooms
Fresh Spinach
Sprinkle of Real Bacon Bits 

Morning Stare Farm Chicken Griller Patty 

4 cups of coffee with 2 tablespoons fat free half & half (per cup)
