Daily Menu - Day #1 It's Time

BREAKFAST:
2 eggs scrambled with fat free mozzarella cheese, onion, ham
Coffee (3 cups) with sweet-n-low (9 packets)
Water with True Lemon packet (raspberry lemonade)
Coffee (1 cup) with sweet-n-low (3 packets)

SNACK #1

Planters NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix
WW String Cheese


Exercise:
 Walked the dog - 30 minutes

LUNCH:

Salad greens with sliced egg
Almonds (1 packet of Emerald Dry Roasted Almonds 100 Calorie Pack)
Feta Cheese 
Raspberry / Hazelnut Dressing 
Water with True Lemon packet (orange)
Sugar Free Jell-O cup (2)

SNACK #2

Odwalla SuperFood Micronutrient Fruit Juice Drink

DINNER

Grilled port chop
Steamed asparagus
Couscous (1 cup)
Water with True Lemon packet (orange)
Sugar Free Jell-O cup (2)
2 squares of dark chocolate with a touch of sea salt

Exercise:
 Kettle Bell Work Out (4lb bell / 20 min)


SNACK #3
 
Laughing Cow Cheese Light; 1 Garlic & Herb Wedge, 1 Mozzarella Sun-Dried Tomato
34 Degrees Crisp-bread - Rosemary (1 serving)
Horizon Organic Milk (1 cup)

3 flax seed dark chocolate oatmeal cookies
