What I Ate Today: May 12, 2010

Breakfast: Coffee w/sweet-n-low 2 fried eggs w/four slices of mozarella cheese 4 slices of bacon Lunch: Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger wrapped in romaine 2 slices of Colby jack cheese / 2 slices of pepper jack cheese handful of almonds iced tea Dinner: wax beans green beans almond crusted tilapia iced tea Snack: sugar free jell-o w/whipped cream :: :: :: Exercise: 60 minutes of yoga 45 minute walk with the dogs
