Breakfast: Coffee w/sweet-n-low 2 fried eggs w/two slices of cheddar cheese 2 Aidells chicken and apple sausages Lunch: skipped because I was not hungry Dinner: Romaine lettuce Sliced grilled chicken breast walnuts feta cheese Newman's Light Raspberry Walnut Dressing Iced Tea Snack: handful of each; almonds and walnuts
sugar free jell-o w/whipped cream :: :: :: Exercise: 30 minutes walking routine on the treadmill
