Okay OKAY! I've skipped a few days, obviously I didn't do a very good job keeping my food journal. But what can I say; I need to work on my inconsistencies.
So here we go.
Breakfast:
Coffee w/sweet-n-low
2 fried eggs w/four slices of bacon
1 low fat string cheese
Lunch:
4 slices of roasted turkey breast rolled up
1 low fat string cheese
handful of walnuts
Dinner:
grilled pork chop
wax beans
asparagus
iced tea
Snack:
sugar free jell-o w/whipped cream on top

Exercise:
1 hour Zumba class
