What I Ate Today: May 4, 2010
Breakfast:
Coffee w/sweet-n-low
4 eggs scrambled w/1 slice of cheddar cheese
Lunch:
Salad greens w/a Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger cut up; topped w/walnuts & feta cheese and Newman's Own Raspberry & Walnut Vinaigrette Light dressing
Water
Dinner:
Baked Tilapia w/broccoli and cauliflower
Sugar Free Jell-O w/Cool Whip
Water
Snack:
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
handful of almonds

Exercise:
20 minute walk around the neighborhood
10 minutes run/walk combo on treadmill

Thoughts for Today:
So far so good...tomorrow's another day...
