Breakfast: Coffee w/sweet-n-low 2 fried eggs 2 Aidells chicken and apple sausages Lunch: Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger 2 slices of Colby jack cheese / 2 slices of swiss cheese Green Giant Healthy Weight Veggies Iced tea Dinner: Grilled pork chops green beans Snack: 4 homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies :: :: :: Exercise: 30 minutes of weight lifting 30 minute walk with the dogs
