Another week has passed. Another week of point counting and writing down my food intake and I have to say; when you follow the plan? It works.
I'm down another pound since last week bringing my weight to: 168.8
I'm satisfied with that however I wish I could have lost a little bit more. When you look at how much I want to lose, a little less than 30 pounds, it is a little disappointing knowing that at this turtle pace, it's going to take me forever.
But what's the rush?
Oh and it should be noted that I fell ill during this past week and didn't food journal on a few days, but then again I wasn't eating much either. I'm feeling better now, so that's good.
