May 1 - It Starts Today

The 4 Hour Body.
Ever heard of it?


I'm starting the plan today.  And will hopefully stick with it until all 60+ pounds of weight that I've gained, is lost. They say in just 4 weeks, if you follow the plan as detailed, that you can lose 20 pounds.


Now.


I have my doubts, but I'm going to put myself to the test and see if I can prove their claims to be true.


I will food journal - with photos.  I think it'll be easier for me that way.  I'm also using My Fitness Pal to track calories and exercise.  This diet claims that watching portion control, and counting calories isn't necessary, but I'm doing it.  For myself.
