Day 6 - 4 Hour Body - Breakfast

Slightly unconventional breakfast only because we are lacking some items in the house, like eggs.

But it worked just the same, and I'm full!

1 grilled chicken breast
1 Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetable pack
3 cups of black coffee w/ 3 servings of Land O' Lakes fat free Half and Half (2 tbsp. a serving)
