Day 2 - 4 Hour Body - Dinner

Dinnertime tonight came quick!

I ate:

1 boneless pork chop, grilled

1/2 can of black beans 

Spinach Salad with a sprinkle of Real Bacon Bits and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Water with a True Lemon - Lemon packet

I actually mixed it all together and it was pretty good!

I've got a long night of work ahead of me so I decided to brew a pot of coffee!

So far so good, Day 2 is almost over and a total success.
The only regret?  I didn't make it to the gym like I had anticipated.
