Day 2 - 4 Hour Body - Breakfast

Todays Breakfast
2 egg whites + 1 egg
Fresh Mushrooms
2 Morning Star Farms Sausage Patties
1 cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons fat free half & half

After I polished off my breakfast (which I should add, I didn't eat the entire portion of eggs, I was stuffed!), I drank another 2 cups of coffee.

It's almost time for lunch and I'm having my first glass of unsweetened iced tea.
I'm slightly hungry, but I think after a few days of this, my body will adjust just fine.
