Day 1 - 4 Hour Body - Final Thoughts

Okay so today wasn't too bad.

I was hungry off and on throughout the day, but instead of mindless snacking, I drank water.  And or tea.


I only ate 'meals' roughly every 4 hours, and stuck to the plan - so I'd say that Day 1 was a total success.
