Day 1 - 4 Hour Body - Snack 1

I waited the '4' hours before I ate anything else - just like the plan indicates.

Had a small-ish snack.

32 ounces of tea, unsweet
Dry Roasted Almonds - handful

I have a slight headache, but I'm not really hungry.

I gotta keep the momentum going, right?
