Day 1 - 4 Hour Body - Lunch

For lunch:

2 hard boiled eggs (without the yolk)

6 slices of black forest ham thin-sliced deli meat
Iced Tea, unsweetened

I think you are reducing your weight and by which you are reducing your food intake. And taking now low calories food. As you are very serious about your diet you will surely reduce your weight.
