Daily Menu - Day #3 Let's Try This Again: I CAN Do Better

BREAKFAST:
2 eggs
Coffee (1 mug) with sweet-n-low (5 packets)
4 slices of Sarah Lee Maple Honey Ham lunch meat
WW Low Fat Cheese Stick
Coffee (1 mug) with sweet-n-low (5 packets)

SNACK #1:

1 hard boiled egg
WW Low Fat Cheese Stick
Planters NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix
Dried Cranberries

LUNCH:
Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs
Iced green tea w/3 sweet-n-low packets


SNACK #2:
Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds - 100 calorie pack


DINNER:
Subway 6" Turkey sub on 9 grain honey whole wheat bread with spinach, onions, green peppers, olives, banana peppers, swiss cheese and mustard
Sun Chips, Sun Dried Tomato

Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie
Unsweetened iced tea
