So first it was a position change at work. And while my scheduled changed and allowed me to get a workout in before I had to report to duty, my day was so crazy busy that I wasn't food journaling like I should have been.
I also wasn't eating much during my work day either.
I missed a few Friday weigh ins, and well as a matter of fact I haven't weighed myself in weeks (and quite frankly I don't really care to for fear of my numbers). I've been doing horrible.
Then my in-laws came to visit and well, you know how things are when you have family in town. Today is a holiday so I'm home with my kids. We have lunch plans with some friends and honestly? Dieting at this point is not on my radar.
But tomorrow it will be.
