I think I'm over it now, I don't feel 100% quite yet but I've been able to eat and actually keep it down. I haven't food journaled over the last few days because of it but really, there wasn't much to journal. But today I'm back on track.
Oh! I should probably add that I was able to replace my old and ratty running shoes with a new pair that I picked up last Friday. So you know what that means! I'll be starting my couch to 5k training soon. I can't wait!
