Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie Yogurt = 1 Point
Lunch -
Weight Watchers Smart Ones Swedish Meatballs = 5 Points
For some reason, a reason that I don't even know my afternoon went downhill. I snacked on some crackers, some chocolate and then had Panda Express for dinner.
I must STOP doing that.....
Oh and today was weigh in day - even after the weekend I had, and the horrible week (so far) I managed to keep my weight at 170.
No Loss / No Gain.
I'll take that.

Congrats on maintaining. I get the afternoon downward spiral too unless I eat a snack in the morning and a snack in the afternoon.
