I didn't post yesterday because I was home sick with a sick child and didn't keep track of my daily menu.
Yes, it's been one of those weeks.
And because today is a new day, I'm trying to get back on track....
Just in time for the weekend.
Onward.
Breakfast - Weight Watchers Raspberry Yogurt = 1 Point
Lunch - Weight Watchers Smart Ones Three Cheese Macaroni = 6 Points
Fuze Slenderize Cranberry Raspberry drink = 0 Points
Snack -
Kashi Autumn Wheat dry cereal (1 cup) = 3 Points
And I didn't track the rest of the day....
I really need to get on track with this if I expect any results. What have I been doing?
