Starting Anew

176.2 pounds is what I weighed this morning when I got up to get ready for work. 130 pounds is where I want to be. I have some work to do. First up - diet. I'm back to dedicating myself to Weight Watchers and will be tracking and counting my points religiously. Instead of keeping them in a notebook, I'm going to do it right here on this blog. What else am I going to use this for anyway if I don't? Secondly - exercise. At least 3 times a week. Wish me luck!
