Okay, so I'll admit that I've never gotten into Weight Watchers, but the whole point system just boggles my mind. Specifically, the concept that anything can be worth zero points. How is that even possible? It's like saying that you can eat as many black beans as you want and still you will not have to count the calories and they won't affect your waistline. Which does not make any sense at all. Can you please explain this crazy "zero point" concept, because I just don't get it.
