Snack - Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Bar = 2 points

Dinner - Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chicken Carbonara = 5 points Snack - Weight Watchers Cinnamon Crunch cereal w/ skim milk = 4 points Total Points = 21 Alloted points = 24 Exercise today -10 minutes of yoga
