Day 9 - 4 Hour Body - Breakfast & Lunch. And Thoughts

For breakfast today I started with a staple - eggs.  I fried up two eggs and ate them with a side of Morning Star Farm Sausage - 2 links.  And...I enjoyed my coffee.

I snacked on some nuts mid-way through the day, just a handful or so. 
And drank a Celsius drink. 

And just now?  I ate 1 serving of deli ham.  

I'm really not hungry.

And after my weekend of throwing in some foods that I tend to enjoy TOO MUCH, I'm doing just fine.  No cravings for more.  Or any for that matter.

I was going to weigh in this morning but thought I'd give myself a day to sort of even things out.  Tomorrow I will weigh in. 

And tonight?  I'll journal what's for dinner.
