Day 6 - 4 Hour Body - Dinner

We went over to a friends house this evening for game night - we played board games.
Who knew Apples to Apples could be so fun!


Anyways, pizza was ordered.  I was going to bring my own salad and forgot so I guess my 'cheat' day started a little bit early.  


I ate:2 slices of pizza
1 glass of red wine 
Water

Can't wait for tomorrow - it's officially cheat day!  And while I'm going to do my best to keep track of all the foods I put into my body, I might not be able to.  We will see!

Here are my food totals from today - still managed to keep it under 1,200 calories!
