BREAKFAST:

LUNCH:

McDonald's Iced Latte - Sugar Free Vanilla (LG)
Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa Smooth Dark Chocolate (1/2 serving)

Exercise:
Walked the dog (20 minutes)


SNACK #1:

Sensible Solutions, Cinnamon Apple Straws (1 serving)

DINNER:

Apple Chicken Sausage
Pita Pal Pearl Couscous

SNACK #2:

Planters Nutrition Bone Health Mix (almonds, granola clusters, yogurt coated raisins, peaches, raspberries and cashews)

Exercise:
30 minutes at the gym
