Daily Menu - Day #8 This Isn't Going Very Well - AT ALL

BREAKFAST:
Coffee (1 cup) with sweet-n-low (3 packets)
Coffee (1 cup) with sweet-n-low (3 packets)
True Lemon; Raspberry Lemonade w/tap water
Best Life Butter Spray (2 servings)
Energy Bar Bagel


LUNCH:
Hard boiled egg
4 slices of Sara Lee Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Deli Meat
1 slice of Provolone Cheese
1 slice of Muenster Cheese


Exercise:
Kettlebells - 20 minutes (142 calories burned)

SNACK #1:

thinkThin Chocolate Covered Strawberries bar
fresh brewed green tea w/sweet-n-low (2 packs)

DINNER:
Green Pepper stuffed with Quinoa, Spinach, Ground Turkey, Onion, Cilantro, Asparagus, topped with Feta Cheese
Iced green tea w/sweet-n-low (2 packets)


SNACK #2:
Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa Smooth Dark Chocolate (1/2 serving)

True Lemon - Orange Packet (3) w/tap water

Exercise:

32 minutes at the gym (292 calories burned)
