Today Has Been A Good Day

Unlike many days, many weeks leading up until now, today is actually going well.  And truthfully, that's saying a lot. 

I joined SparkPeople.  Ever heard of it?
It's sort of like Weight Watchers, but it's free....and for me it takes tracking your food and exercise to a whole new level.  A level in which I think I really, really need.  

I've been on Weight Watchers since the end of December 2010 and I haven't had much success.  However in past attempts at Weight Watchers I was successful.  30 pounds or so for that matter. 

Yes, that's how much I lost, before.
This time?  Not so much.  I'm ... gaining.  

It's quite frustrating and it's obvious to me that I'm doing something wrong.  It's time to take it up a notch. 

And so far, today has been a good day.

Have you ever looked into My Fitness Pal? I find it MUCH easier to navigate. I just DROPPED weight watchers and have started MFP. We shall see....good luck to us. XOXO!

And each day passes to make way for the new. That in itself makes the start of each day, a good day. And you have it in you to make everyday a good day, every week a good week, and your life wonderful.
