What I Ate Today: May 3, 2010

Breakfast: Coffee w/sweet-n-low Lunch: 2 1/2 Aidells Sun-Dried Tomato & Mozzarella Sausages
4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
Water
Dinner: low fat string cheese 1 serving of Oscar Mayer Black Forest Ham deli meat
Sugar Free Jell-O w/whipped cream on top Water Snack: low fat string cheese
handful of almonds :: :: :: Exercise: hiked with the family for about 45 minutes
Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred (level 1) Pedometer Read 7,934 steps taken today :: :: :: Thoughts for Today: So far, so good! Now I just have to keep my motivation going strong and my will-power in check and I'll be good to go!
