Breakfast: Coffee w/sweet-n-low 2 good grains bagels w/cream cheese Lunch: Morning Star Farms Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burger wrapped in romaine 4 slices of cheese (1 swiss, 1 pepper jack, 1 colby jack, 1 cheddar) mix of almonds and walnuts Coffee w/sweet-n-low Dinner: Pasta Fresca from Noodles & Company Iced Tea Snack: Bowl of Pumpkin Flax Organic cereal w/skim milk :: :: :: Exercise: None
