Keeping Myself Accountable

Alright so yes, I'm still struggling with many aspects of life, diet and exercise being just 'one' of the many at the moment. And honestly? I think it'll always be a struggle. Life? Is just ...... hard work. With that said I think I really benefit from keeping a food journal and while I've tried to do that many different ways, doing so here is usually what works best. So they are back. Starting today I'm keeping a food journal. I'll probably keep track of my exercise as well. And who knows, maybe someone out there reading will benefit too. Or not.
