Up for a challenge

Okay, so I've given it some thought and I've made up my mind. I'm going to challenge myself to some lifestyle changes (besides diet) and I wanted to get it documented here. I'll use this space to track my progress as well. I gave up drinking soft drinks (regular and diet) sometime last year. I don't really recall when, but it's been a while. I've been drinking flavored waters, Crystal Light mixes, and bottled diet tea instead and as we all know they all have a lot of artificial sweetener in them. I'm going to take things a step further and challenge myself by cutting all of that stuff out of my diet. My goal is to drink nothing but water and fresh brewed ice tea. And possibly coffee if I can actually drink it black (which I do now, with sweetener). I think I can do it. The second (and third) thing I'm going to challenge myself to is in regards to exercise. I'm going to start The 30 Day Shred again and do it for 30 consecutive days. I'm also going to hike the incline weekly. I'm hoping that this will jump start my motivation and my energy levels since lately I've had some issues staying on track. Wish me luck!

GOOD LUCK! Maybe I will do the 30 day shred with you! I bought it months ago and never opened it...excuses, excuses and I am tired of myself!
