After a very rough week last week and a rough weekend as far as eating choices were concerned, I was a slight bit worried about stepping on the scale today to weigh in. I was however pleasantly surprised to see that I had lost yet another 1.8 pounds of a weight.
Officially today I weigh 172.8 pounds. I'm down 10.2 pounds since I started following Weight Watchers back on September 24th. And I'm damn proud of myself. As I should be, right?
