8. Ditch the drive-thru at the bank
9. Walk to the neighbors
10. Dance as you prepare dinner

how about wearing a pedometer? they are cheap. you where on your hip all day and see if you can get 5000 steps a day! great easy way to stay conscious of the move to lose concept.
