Snack: 1 serving of mixed nuts (South Beach Blend) 1 LiveActive Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Stick Dinner: 3 lettuce wraps with canned chicken and lite honey mustard dressing 1 fat-free / sugar-free jello cup
