I set a goal for myself last week that I was going to work out at least three times this week. I figured that was a start.
On Monday I did Pilates. On Tuesday I walked.
Today is Wednesday and I think I just might meet my goal. Heck, I might even surpass it. I'm motivated, I have energy and I'm feeling good.
That's what it's all about, isn't it?!

That IS what it is all about. Energy! that's what keeps me getting up at 4:00 am! Do you like Pilates? I never could get the hang of it. It hurt my back. I just got a medicine ball to use in a Biggest Loser video. I love those workouts!
If you're interested, I've been trying out this local, women's-only fitness boot camp. The trainer and his wife, who helps run the classes, are really great and most of the participants are mothers.
