I didn't post my menu on Thursday and posted an incomplete menu on Friday.
Then the weekend came and temptation was abundant. I didn't stick to my points (hey! what's new?) but instead just tried to eat sensibly.
I think I did okay.
I have managed to lose 5 pounds so far, and because of that I noticed that my Weight Watcher points decreased. I had 24 points daily before, now I have 22! Not to mention my 35 flex points for weekly use (which I forget that I have!).
Here's to another successful week.

Congrats on loosing 5 pounds... you are doing great...keep the good work going on....
5# ? Awesome! I totally have to re figure my points, i've been bad and haven't counted in a week. Hence, i only lost 1#.
