Weight Loss Wednesday – Sixth Edition with a Side of Tardiness
Okay, okay, it’s Thursday and I’m just now posting my weight loss stats. You don’t have to tell me, I’m slacking. I know this. I’ve embraced this as my way of life....
My statistics as of (2/7) are as follows:
Previous Weight = 158 lbs
Current Weight = 157 lbs
GOAL = 130 lbs
Weight to lose = 27 lbs
SO! Another week, another pound. As I said before, I’ll take that!
I’ve been on this diet journey for a while now and have come to the realization that it’s going to be super tough from here on out to lose the last bit of weight to achieve my goal. I can’t really do much more about the way I eat; I’ve modified my daily eating habits and have been able to continue down that path to being a healthier person. So my focus has shifted to exercise. I’ve been making an effort to visit the gym daily after work and have been doing various sorts of cardio. It’s another step in the right direction at least. I have a lot of toning to do, as well as continued weight loss, and well – I’m taking baby steps. It’s not going to happen overnight (although I wish it would) and I just have to stay positive and focused.
Here’s to another week. And don’t forget about CPA Moms challenge – let’s lose some weight and raise some money!
