What's on the Menu for Wednesday

Wednesday’s menu includes the following: Breakfast – 4 hard boiled eggs (no yolk) Mid - Morning Snack – handful of cashews Lunch – South Beach frozen meal - Kung Pao Chicken Mid - Afternoon Snack – handful of mixed nuts Dinner – Grilled marinated pork with asparagus Dessert - sugar free jell-o Evening Snack – 4 slices of provolone cheese *Beverages throughout the day included iced tea, water and coffee
