Friday’s menu includes the following:
Breakfast – 4 hard boiled eggs (no yolk)
Mid - Morning Snack – handful of cashews
Lunch – salad greens with grilled chicken, kidney beans, sunflower seeds, low fat shredded cheddar cheese and low fat honey mustard dressing
Mid - Afternoon Snack – 1 string cheese
Dinner – Grilled marinated pork with sweet potato
Dessert - sugar free jell-o
Evening Snack – handful of almonds
*Beverages throughout the day included iced tea, water and coffee
