Friday’s menu includes the following:
Breakfast – wheat bagel w/ cream cheese
Mid - Morning Snack – handful of cashews
Lunch – Grilled chicken breast with brown rice
Mid - Afternoon Snack – 4 slices of colby jack cheese
Dinner – Grilled marinated chicken broccoli
Dessert - sugar free jell-o
Evening Snack – fat free yogurt
*Beverages throughout the day included iced tea, water and coffee
