Well, week one of Phase 1 is almost over, and the weekend is almost here. Ugh. The weekend. Those usually are the hardest - hard to stay focused I mean. Anyway, I must say that as each day goes by, it gets easier and easier - no cravings, no hunger. When I eat, I eat and I eat until I'm satisfied. It's just what I eat - and in all seriousness, last night at dinner time, I had a hard time finishing. I just wasn't hungry.
Weight this morning - 164.0 pounds.
