TGIF! But that means that the weekend is here, and as I've posted before - tough times are ahead. With no plans for the weekend outside of the birthday party, I shouldn't have any issues with sticking to the diet. I've made it almost completely through Phase One, and am looking forward to Phase Two - which is literally right around the corner!!! Time to introduce more foods into my diet.
